1 year, 5 months, 1 week, 3 days!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: life.
1. Broccoli (double serving), chicken sausage (withOUT casing!), eggs & coffee
2. Veggie burger, couscous, green beans, sliced tomatoes & vegan chocolate shakeology with banana, spinach, & pumpkin seeds
3. Smore! Me & O while the little fellas napped. :)
4. Baked chicken with a baked potato & sour cream
5. Wine & my babies
Day 1 = pretty damn good day! I used the containers for every meal & nailed increasing my veggies! :)
