Current fitness program: nada.
1. Sautéed broccoli with an egg wrap & coffee
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, kale, ice, & water in da #jeepwrangler
3. Failure fo plan = snacking on these!
4. Plain yogurt with cherries & maple syrup
5. Popcorn with butter & beer -- #nongmo
6. Chips with cheese
The day = attempt to get back at it! My goal for now is clean eating (5 ingredients or less on packaged foods). I need way more veggies. And protein!
Day 14 = I was going to try & workout today but the ankle was angry. :/ Going to continue to not rush into anything!
