1 year, 4 months, 6 days!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: nada.
1. Eggs on toast with coffee.
2. Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, kale, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, banana, ice, & water.
3. Lunch out: peanut butter & cinnamon sandwich. String cheese. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & cherries. Nectarine but I didn't end up eating it.
4. Popcorn with butter.
5. Pineapple & banana (I think they used something hotter) pepper pizza.
The day = i might go eat the last of the ice cream cake. #keepitreal
Day 9 = recovery.
