6 months, 1 day of changing my life!
One week, 6 days of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. I need to wrap my mind around the Les Mills Combat nutrition plan & get that going. Rough day today with the closing. #noexcuses
1. Whaaaat!? 1 was robs, 1 was O's (6 year old) & 1 was mine. Road load! lol
2. Breakfast out: I ate a few bites from each item before it was all taken over by the little fellas!

5. Cottage cheese with PBJ on Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread
6. Second lunch: sautéed broccoli with veggie burgers (I had half of one - little fellas strike again!)
7. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen pineapple & water

10. Ummmmm, yeah. DQ! Strawberry shortcake blizzard. I WISH it were a plain ol' strawberries on homemade shortcake or biscuits.
Day 6 of Les Mills Combst = kick start 30. Love that one!
