5 months, 2 weeks, 5 days of changing my life.
My third days attempt at trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. I definitely need to use a checklist to make sure I'm eating the right things. My portion sizes are still great though!
1. Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, frozen (organic) mango, plain yogurt & water with Ezekiel Cinnabon raisin toast topped with peanut butter & cinnamon
2. Cottage cheese & bell pepper slices
3. Post workout selfie: glistening in the sun, lol
4. Waffle topped with plain yogurt (peanut butter & vanilla extract) & bananas
5. Ev's leftover larabar (peanuts & dates)
6. Cheese slices
7. Roast with potato & green beans
I need more veggies but bed caught me early tonight! #cleansheetday
Workout = T25 total body circuit & swimming. Yay summa time! :)
