Photo journal, Les Mills Combat

6 months, 1 week, 1 day of changing my life!

I HAVE MY KITCHEN BACK!!!!! I need to grocery shop so I did my best but it felt SO good to cook, eat at home & not fill my body with garbage! Hoping to hit the store tomorrow. :):):)


1. Sprouted tortilla, feta, spinach, broccoli & 3 eggs 

2. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, unsweetened almond milk, frozen mango 

3. Nectarine 

4. Shakeology while making dinner: I was close to making bad choices while I cooked! It helped. :) Vegan tropical strawberry, unsweetened almond milk & a banana 

5. Sautéed zucchini & bell peppers with a veggie burger 

Almost all of my pictures were taken with my new appliances. LOL I love them!!!! :) 


Week 2 day 6 of Les Mills Combat = combat 30! I love that workout. I admit I'm looking forward to tomorrow's rest day though! This move on top of keeping up on my schedule is exhausting my body.
