Photo journal, after 21 day fix

5 months, 3 weeks, 3 days of changing my life. 

One week, 1 day of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. Failed to plan. Eating is tricky!  


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen mango, water (Ev nabbed a bunch!)

2. Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter & cinnamon on top (A 'helped' me add the cinnamon)

3. Eggs, spinach & feta

4. Bell pepper slices

5. Leftover air popped popcorn with real butter (from last night, after posting!)

6. Leftover potato, zucchini, carrot with coconut milk

7. Extra shake again -- choosing this over the booze I would prefer! Counting it against my red container still. Vegan chocolate with frozen cherries & water 

8. Cucumber/tomato salad with ACV, hummus, sautéed zucchini/broccoli wrap 

9. TV snacks: green olives, nectarine, and plain yogurt with peanut butter & vanilla extract  


T25 alpha total body circuit! Interrupted a lot but finished!
