Photo journal, Les Mills Combat

6 months, 1 week, 4 days of changing my life!

Throw an obstacle in my path & I slip. But, I do own it! #imhuman #keepitreal


1. Post workout shakeology in our new gym: vegan chocolate, banana, unsweetened almond milk, ice 

2. Cheese

3. Lunch out: green bean french fries (I gave the cheese stick to a little fella)

4. Lunch out: black bean veggie burger with avocado, lettuce, tomato & a side of steamed broccoli 

5. Salted brownie bites 

6. Lemon cake (this & #5 shims peel long veggies for tomorrow's road trip!) 

7. Cucumbers 

8. Nectarine 

9. Bell pepper slices & 1 piece spinach/artichoke pizza 


Week 3 day 2 of Les Mills Combat = power HIIT 2. It was fun! Interrupted once but overall, great workout! Tons of sweat.
