Photo journal after 21 day fix

5 months, 3 weeks, 2 days of changing my life. 

One week of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. And I'm FINALLY getting things under control!!!! :):):) I have very little patience for learning, I want to grasp it all NOW so this makes me very happy. ;) 


1. Cottage cheese 

2. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen mango, & unsweetened almond milk 

3. Broccoli & veggie burger 

4. Second lunch: PBJ on cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with bell pepper slices 

5. Second shake while making dinner: vegan chocolate, fresh strawberries, ice & water 

6. Potatoes, zucchini, carrots, lots of spices & coconut milk. YUM

7. Sunflower seeds 

8. Frozen peaches 

9. More bell peppers, I needed more veggies, these were prepped & easy! 


Double day! T25 alpha cardio & speed 1.0! Good stuff. :)
