6 months, 4 days of changing my life!
Two weeks, 1 day of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. We call this -- survival mode! Get through the move with 3 small children with your sanity intact!
1. Sautéed broccoli, 'fried' potatoes & eggs (ate most at home but another road load meal eaten from a ziploc bag, lol)
2. Lunch out: salad with ranch annnnnnnd onion petals. :-O
3. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen strawberry & water
4. Grass fed organic mozzarella cheese slices
5. Sunflower seeds
6. Dinner out: salad with (more!) ranch, pizza & garlic knots
Week 2 day 2 of Les Mills Combat -- power HIIT 1! Mostly rocked it. It's not a favorite & I was interrupted but I'm glad I got it done! :)
Also, tons of packing & moving today. My feet are achin'.
