6 months, 5 days of changing my life!
Two weeks, 2 days of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. We call this -- survival mode! Get through the move with 3 small children with your sanity intact! And, my kitchen won't be here till Monday! Ahhhhh. #makingexcuses
1. Post workout shakeology/breakfast: vegan chocolate, plain yogurt, oats, unsweetened almond milk, water & frozen pineapple
2. Lunch out: chips & salsa
3. Lunch out: veggie fajita
4. Ummmm, where's #4? Exhaustion ate it. lol
5. Dinner out: salad (with ranch!) & zucchini french fries
6. Dinner out: veggie burger with grilled peppers & fries (ate half, needed room for #7!)
7. Dinner out: brownie fudge sundae. :-O I'm going to pay for that in energy suck but it was damn good. lol
Week 2 day 3 of Les Mills Combat = power kata 45. Awesome start to the chaotic day! Final workout at the temp apartment & a rest day tomorrow. #happygirl
Plus, moving day!! Nonstop movement today. AND, we get to do it again Monday. #allied screwed us on delivery because the planned truck couldn't get here. Yaaaaaay. #sarcasm #exhaustion
