Photo journal, after 21 day fix

5 months, 3 weeks, 4 days of changing my life. 

One week, 2 days of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. Failed to plan again but didn't do too badly. :)


1. Shakeology during a kick ass training call: vegan chocolate, frozen mango, water

2. Nectarine, wrap with hummus & sautéed bell peppers, cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter & cinnamon 

3. Cottage cheese 

4. Post workout shakeology: repeat! Vegan chocolate, frozen mango & water

5. Noodles (with butter, Parmesan, pepper & garlic salt), tomatoes, spinach, feta & green olives 

6. Bell peppers

7. Larabar

8. Peanut butter & cinnamon wrap
