6 months, 3 days of changing my life!
Two weeks of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. I'll be calling these days the move in plan. :-O
1. Oats, unsweetened almond milk, real maple syrup, peanut butter & peaches
2. Vegan shakeology, frozen pineapple, & water
3. Dandies. One of those days! Sitting on a counter at the new house (no furniture yet) waaaaaaiting for a service guy, munching on marshmallows (little fellas busted me & made me share, lol). :-O
4. Lunch out: eggs, pancakes & potatoes #carboverload
5. No, we didn't get new dishes, we ate out at the same place twice today. #movingchaos broccoli & cheddar soup, salad with ranch & half a grilled cheese sandwich
6. Frozen peaches
Week 2 day 1 of Les Mills Combat -- kick start 30! KIA!! Hells yeah. lol
