5 months, 3 weeks, 4 days of changing my life.
One week, 2 days of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. Failed to plan AGAIN!! My portions are still good but getting enough of the right foods is harder than you'd think.
1. Post workout shakeology in a tunnel! Vegan chocolate, peaches, nectarine, water & ice
2. Falafel (I had 3 of them, little fellas helped with the rest) with tahini sauce
3. Bell pepper slices
4. Another shake! #crackology #lol vegan strawberry, banana, unsweetened almond milk & ice
5. PBJ on Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast, cottage cheese & sautéed broccoli
6. PIZZA!! Take & bake from Whole Foods. I had 2 pieces.
7. Cucumber & tomato slices
8. Frozen peaches
9. Sunflower seeds
Les Mills Combat -- power HIIT. Good stuff! Uncoordinated first time through, lol
