Photo journal 21 day fix (day 20/take 2)

5 months, 2 weeks of changing my life. 

Day 20 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


Here's a rare day for ya. Whoa! 

1. Post workout shakeology: vegan strawberry, apple, splash of unsweetened almond milk & ice 

2. Bell pepper slices 

3. Dark chocolate & sea salt Kind bar

4. Chocolate covered pretzels 

5. Lunch after the funeral (that's mine & A's food) - pita, baba ganoush, garlic sauce, potatoes, pasta salad, fruit salad

6. Cheers! X2

7. Cheers! X2 (maybe 3 if I can find another, lol)

8. Pistachios 

9. Cheese & crackers 

10. Desserts! Babies ate most 

11. More desserts. Again, babies ate most. lol 


Day 20 = yoga! Much needed stretch.
