Photo journal 21 day fix (day 19/take 2)

5 months, 1 week, 6 days of changing my life. 

Day 19 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Pre workout cottage cheese

2. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, ice & a splash of almond milk 

3. Cucumber slices on the go

4 & 5. Chips & salsa, bean & cheese burritos with rice 

6. Ohhhhh yeah. Cherry ice cream on a cone! 

7. Cheers! Beer with family prepping for tomorrow's celebration of our grandmas life 

8. Spring roll

9. Lemon poppy mini muffin (or 4)


Day 19 = dirty 30! Love it!! :)
