Weekly weigh in update -- down 1 pound! I skipped out on WI last week because I was way off track & just didn't want to face it. There's more to life than the scale! But, I felt like crap. I was eating anything & everything. Well, you guys know, you saw my photo journals! No good. But, I'm back on track this week! Sticking to clean eating & drinking my shakeology. Yeah baby!
That makes 22 pounds in 20 weeks (?? I'm lost on the weeks, I'll have to double check that number). 7 of those on the 21 day fix! :)
