5 months, 2 day of changing my life.
Day 8 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
1. Peanut butter & banana wrap
2. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen mango & a splash of almond milk
3. Veggie burger with potato pancake (leftover mashed potatoes fried up in CO) & spinach sautéed with soy sauce
4. Salad -- mixed lettuce, hard boiled egg, feta, tomatoes, & green olives
5. Yogurt with peanut butter, vanilla extract & strawberries
Grocery shopping tomorrow is a must! I planned on carrots but ran out & didn't realize it.
Day 8 = my favorite! Upper fix. With my little man. :)
