Photo journal 21 day fix (day 13/take 3)

5 months, 1 week of changing my life. 

Day 13 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Vegan chocolate with strawberries, splash of almond milk & ice. Yogurt with blueberries & Kind granola. (3 red, 2 purple)

2. Bell peppers (1 green)

3 & 4. Lunch out: chips & salsa, bean & cheese burrito (3 yellow & probably 3 blues/cheese, lol)

5. Carrots & tomatoes (2 green)


Actual: 3 red, 2 purple, 3 yellow, 3 green & 3-ish blue 


Day 13 = yoga. Ahhhh, much needed recovery day. :)
