4 months/2 weeks 6 days of changing my life.
Day 6 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
I failed to plan today. I made bad choices. Owning it, moving on & currently writing out a plan for tomorrow! :)
1. Mocha! (vegan chocolate shakeology with coffee -- wasn't great! lol)
2. Breakfast out: waffle with fresh strawberries & peanut butter (more ingredients than I would have liked but better than the strawberry syrup & whip cream it came with!), scrambled eggs & a fresh fruit cup
3. Apple on the road -- had to hit whole foods for some goodies.
4. What the hell happened!? Frozen strawberry yogurt with candy bar toppings. :-O Eh, it was good! I could have & should have chosen better but not beating myself up! That's a huge improvement for me. :)
5. Desperately needed veggies! I skipped the hummus once we made plans for dinner.
6. Bean burrito, rice & I had some chips with queso (not pictured because it wasn't planned!)
Day 6 = day of REST!! First full rest day in a month. I did take a walk around the block with the babies! They LOVED it!! I hope our new neighborhood is walkable. :)
