Photo journal 21 day fix (day 5/take 2)

4 months/3 weeks 5 days of changing my life. 

Day 5 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, pineapple & a splash of almond milk 

2. I'm hooked on breakfast burritos: tortilla with egg, spinach & mozzarella 

3. Sunflower seeds 

4. Carrots 

5. Tomato slices! Almost summer. :)

6. Beans & rice

7. Yogurt with peanut butter & strawberries 

8. Vegan strawberry shakeology arrived today so I had to make a sample (first time trying it) & this guy made off with it! lol 

9. My other food obsession: waffle topped with #7


Day 5 = cardio fix. I survived, lol
