5 months, 1 week, 5 days of changing my life.
Day 18 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, splash of unsweetened almond milk & ice (current favorite, lol)
2. Breakfast burrito: eggs, spinach, mozzarella, tortilla
3. Apple
4. Cottage cheese
5. Jets! Yes, again. 2 pieces bread, 2 pieces pizza (2 more for dinner)
6. Frozen yogurt with a whole bunch of garbage toppings
7. Plain yogurt with peanut butter
8. Blueberries
9. Cucumber, red pepper & carrots (I need to start eating this veggie platter early in the day!)
Day 18 = cardio fix. Much needed!!!!!
