4 months/1 week, 5 days of keeping track.
Day 19 of the 21 day fix!!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
1. English muffin with peanut butter, cinnamon & coffee
2. ***brakes screeching*** yep, cake! (Not my picture) I had a fraction of a serving (the boys crumbles!) but, I had cake today! And I felt it afterward! Cake was delicious though, lol
3. Veggie burger bowl
4. Breakfast for dinner! Mediterranean omelet (4 eggs), french toast, peanut butter, banana & cinnamon
5. TV snacks/leftover containers from the day: carrots, cucumbers & frozen peaches (yum!)
6. Empty cup! I still have to squeeze in my workout once the boys are in bed & I'll have my shake with fruit after. Wonky day!
Day 19 = cardio fix! At 10PM. Yikes!
