Photo journal (21 day fix day 21!!)

4 months/2 weeks of keeping track. 

Day 21 of the 21 day fix!!!!!!!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Coffee, spinach & feta scramble (2 eggs), french today with peanut butter, banana & cinnamon 

2. Post workout shakeology: chocolate & strawberry 

3. Road snack: carrots! 

4. Cottage cheese 

5. POPCORN WITH BUTTER!! I could have eaten SO much but I only had about a cup worth. World record! 

6. Mocha coffee while enjoying the rare silence of being home alone (hubs took the boys on a sage hunt -- to make biscuits & gravy). :)

7. Half of a biscuit with apprx 2 TBS gravy (made with veggie sausage & sprouted flour)

8. Double veggies over rice 

9. Frozen peaches!

10. Olives. Funny enough, 10 of them. lol 


Day 21 = yoga!! I love yoga. So relaxing! Little dude joined me again. He kept stopping & saying, I'll start again when it gets hard. lol
