Photo journal (21 day fix day 5/take 2)

4 months/2 weeks 5 days of changing my life. 

Day 5 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


Hectic traveling day solo with the little fellas! I planned ahead & stuck to the plan pretty damn closely! :) 


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, plain yogurt, oats, frozen mango, a splash of unsweetened almond milk & a dash of vanilla  

2. Black coffee on the road (NASTY) -- I turned it into a mocha while driving on the turnpike with my shaker & a serving of shakeo. Wah-lah! (not planned but avoided the headache)

3. Road lunch! Cottage cheese, carrots, cucumber/tomato salad, fresh pineapple & hummus (I dipped my carrots then dumped the rest in the salad) 

4. Corner piece of cheesy jets bread -- had to! 

5. Planned for this splurge: Thai! Vegetable curry with tofu & a spring roll (not planned - the second spring roll! :-O)


Day 5 = cardio fix!
