Photo journal 21 day fix (day 3/take 2)

4 months/3 weeks 3 days of changing my life. 

Day 3 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout selfish -- leg day! 

2. Post workout shakeology -- vegan chocolate, frozen strawberries & a splash of almond milk 

3. Breakfast burrito -- spinach, eggs, & mozzarella 

4 & 5. Co-op day road snacks -- apple & carrots 

6. Veggie burger, tomatoes, broccoli & green olives (flavored kind of like a pizza minus the crust/shell & cheese -- Robs had cheese, mine didn't because I had some for breakfast)

7. Dessert! After bedtime, lol 2 waffles, plain yogurt (mixed with peanut butter & vanilla extract) spread between & on top with blueberries, banana & cinnamon 


Day 3 = lower fix! Love/hate with that one. :)
