Photo journal 21 day fix (day 4/take 2)

4 months/3 weeks 4 days of changing my life. 

Day 4 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Breakfast on the go: eggs, broccoli & mozzarella on a sprouted tortilla 

2. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen strawberries & a splash of almond milk 

3. Carrots 

4. Roast, mashed potatoes (kinda splurged on butter for those -- sooooo good!), green beans & broccoli 

5. Frozen peaches 

6. Waffle with plain yogurt (mixed with peanut butter & vanilla extract) & strawberries 


Day 4 = Pilates fix! It actually felt really good today!
