4 months/1 week, 6 days of keeping track.
Day 20 of the 21 day fix!!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
1. Post workout shakeology: chocolate & raspberries
2. Coffee, english muffin with peanut butter & cinnamon
3 & 4. Lunch at the science center: apple, cottage cheese & carrot sticks
5 & 6. Dinner out: carrot sticks (they didn't have bell peppers) with salsa, burrito (beans, soyrizo & cheese), what's that? Fried avocado! (not as great as the one bite I had last visit to this restaurant)
7. I had to sample the new vanilla shakeology that arrived today!
8. Celery, carrots (more! lol) & olives (leftover containers, lol)
Day 20 = Dirty 30!! O joined me & then asked later tonight if we had worked out. I told him yes. He BEGGED to workout again! Omg. lol
