Photo journal (21 day fix day 1/take 2!)

4 months/2 weeks 1 day of keeping track. 

Day 1 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout shakeology: chocolate & strawberries 

2. Lots o' liquid! Coffee & water 

3. English muffin with peanut butter, cinnamon & banana (I accidentally grabbed the salt instead of the cinnamon! Salty bananas. Weird. lol)

4.  Road snack: carrots

5. Errrrrr, yeah. That happened! Identical scenario as the previous cake! Poor planning on my part. Cheesecake with pecan crust. Holy yum. At least my treats have been worthwhile, lol :-O

6. Veggie burger with rice, tomatoes & spinach 

7. Cottage cheese 

8. Snack platter: sunflower seeds, almonds & strawberries (now that's the way to use up some containers!)

9. Carrots with 'yogurt' (oats, peanut butter, cinnamon & vanilla all blended in the vitamix -- new way to eat plain yogurt! YUM!)


Day 1 = total body cardio fix! I got it done so early that it felt like a rest day, lol
