Photo journal (21 day fix day 18)

4 months/1 week, 4 days of keeping track. 

Day 18 of the 21 day fix!! 

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Coffee, english muffin with cinnamon & mandarin oranges 

2. Cottage cheese 

3. Veggie burger bowl

4. Different container today! My workout buddy nabbed my shakeo cup for his post workout shake (his had banana, apple, watermelon & milk) today! I might need to buy a backup, lol mine was frozen peaches, a touch of almond milk & chocolate. Pretty good! 

5. Mommys surprise: pasta with Parmesan cheese, olives, tomatoes & coconut oil 

6. Whaaaaat!? Mocha coffee! Chocolate shakeology & coffee. I might not sleep for a while tonight, lol 

7. After bedtime snacks: cucumber, carrots & peaches


Day 18 = Pilates! 'Active recovery' day. And, my buddy hung in with me again! Love it! 


Update on hubs 21 day fix progress - 4 days in & 11 pounds down! :)
