5 months, 1 day of changing my life.
Day 7 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen strawberries & a splash of unsweetened almond milk with a peanut butter & banana wrap (big hit with the boys, too!)
2. Carrots (that I finally know how to properly store thanks to friends, lol)
3. Cottage cheese
4. Second shake on the go (just vegan chocolate with a splash of unsweetened almond milk & water) -- took the boys to the park again this afternoon. :)
5. Rob busted me sampling one of the chocolate covered bananas from TJ's. LOL
6. Sautéed broccoli & peppers with feta & green olives on a tortilla (it became a wrap after I ate most to make it small enough, lol)
7. Yogurt with peanut butter, vanilla extract & strawberries
8. Tomato slices
Day 7 = total body fix! I was surprisingly sore from yesterday!
