Photo journal 21 day fix (day 7/take 2)

5 MONTHS!!!!!! of changing my life. And I proudly have not missed a day yet!

Day 6 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


These are out of order because I grouped lunch together but, you'll get the idea. ;) 


1. Out of habit shakeology (normally workout first thing but put it off today because it was yoga day) - vegan chocolate, frozen strawberries & a splash of almond milk. French toast with cinnamon, peanut butter & banana, and scrambled eggs 

2. Sliced bell peppers 

3. Carrots (no babies today! fresh cut)

4. Sliced tomatoes

5. Tortilla with broccoli & mozzarella 

6. Post workout shakeology (needed it after doing a double!) - vegan chocolate, frozen pineapple & a splash of almond milk 

7. This includes the 3 pictures to the left, too: veggie egg roll, veggie curry with tofu (not great so Rob gave me some of his & he'll take this for lunch), general tso with tofu (replacement meal) & a custard blender thing (we shared it!!)

8. Yogurt with peanut butter, vanilla extract & strawberries 


Day 7 = yoga! But, I gave the Plyo workout a whirl before it. Wowza, lol
