5 months, 1 week, 4 days of changing my life.
Day 17 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
Rough day but, here it is.
1. Shakeology during my weekly training call: vegan chocolate, banana, ice & unsweetened almond milk
2. Spinach & feta pastry from Whole Foods (YUM! And full of spinach!)
3. Second shakeology after an off morning followed by bad news, eating wasn't appealing at all. Same recipe as #1
4. Larabar - Ev ate half. lol
5. Jets pizza & breadsticks (see previous post on fb/link in profile for confessions of an emotional eater)
6. Cucumber & tomato slices
7. Plain yogurt with granola
Day 17 = Pilates. I could have used something way more intense today!
