Photo journal (21 day fix day 1/take 2)

4 months/3 weeks 1 day of changing my life. 

Day 1 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, plain yogurt, mango/pineapple & a dash of vanilla 

2. English muffin with peanut butter & cinnamon, mandarin oranges 

3. Cottage cheese

4. Beans & bell pepper slices 

5. Veggie burger bowl 

6. Olives

7. Carrots with hummus

8. Frozen peaches


Day 1 = total body cardio fix plus 10 minute abs (ouch! first time)
