Photo journal 21 day fix (day 6/take 2)

4 months/3 weeks 6 days of changing my life. 

Day 6 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow (or 5 today - eek!), 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, mango & a splash of almond milk 

2. Breakfast burrito: eggs, spinach & mozzarella (yes, again. lol)

3. Carrots while prepping produce 

4 & 5. Out to dinner with old friends visiting from Michigan: chips! I avoided them & then I caved. I'm going to feel those tomorrow! lol Burrito with beans, rice & red peppers (4! yellow & 1 green)

6. Tomato slices 

7. Yogurt with peanut butter & strawberries 

8. Sunflower seeds 


Day 6 = dirty 30! Rocked it! :)
