Photo journal 21 day fix (day 14/take 2)

5 months, 1 week, 1 day of changing my life. 

Day 14 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, fresh strawberries, splash of almond milk & ice

2. Bunch o' carrots! 

3. Sliced tomatoes

4. Lunch at the VFW for Memorial Day: this was the best I could get for vegetarian choices without eating a lunch of just bread. lol 

5. Cottage cheese 

6. Larabar 

7. Yeah, that happened. I ate the top lump & tossed the rest. No sugar crash for me, please! :)

8. Pizzzzzzza. Waaaaaaay tooooooo much pizzaaaaaaa. 


Day 14 = total body cardio fix. #BOOM Forced myself to hit play but it's a great way to start the day & a relief to know it's done. ;)
