5 months, 4 days of changing my life.
Day 10 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
I'm going to indicate the color container beside the description today for anyone that's curious what they are. :)
1. Post workout (super early today!) shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen mango & a splash of almond milk (1 red, 1 purple)
2. Cottage cheese (1 red)
3. Carrot! Seriously, I'm glad I bought a few bunches because the boys LOVE these things! (1 green)
4. Waffle, plain yogurt (with peanut butter & vanilla extract) & strawberries (1 yellow, 1 red, 1 purple & 4 teaspoons)
5. Pizza!! Sprouted tortilla, sauce (laziness - I didn't cut up tomatoes!) spinach, broccoli, cheese, & green olives (1 yellow, 2 green, 1 blue, & 1 orange)
6. Snacks! Plain yogurt (with vanilla extract), more carrots (there were 2, little fingers ran off! lol), & frozen peach slices (1 red, 1 green & 1 purple)
I'm short 1 yellow today, nothing worked with my snack pile so I'm letting it go! :)
Day 10 = Pilates. Love it!
