Photo journal 21 day fix (day 15/take 2)

5 months, 1 week, 2 days of changing my life. 

Day 15 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!

(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)


1. Post workout shakeology (traveling so no vitamix but this guy does the job!) - vegan chocolate, fresh strawberries, splash of almond milk & ice 

2. Cottage cheese (Ev ate half!)

3. Yogurt with granola

4. English muffin with peanut butter & carrots 

5. I cooked!!!!!! lol Squash & zucchini with couscous

6.  Filling out my containers for the day. Hit them all! #BOOM tomato slices, grapes & frozen peaches 


Day 15 = upper fix. Favorite!
