5 months, 3 days of changing my life.
Day 9 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
1. Breakfast burrito: spinach, cheese, egg, tortilla. And a vegan chocolate shakeology with frozen pineapple
2. Party foods (look me up on Facebook for the story, link should be in the profile). Yes, I tried -- see the fruit?? ;)
3. More of me trying at the party -- this stuff would have been edible if it weren't mostly onions, lol
4. Sunflower seeds
5. Double veggie servings with roast
6. Ericka is right, carrots ARE more fun to eat with the greens on! :)
7. Waffles with yogurt (the usual pb & vanilla extract) & pineapple
Day 9 = lower fix. That was a rough one but it's done! :)
