6 months, 1 week, 2 days of changing my life!
I HAVE MY KITCHEN BACK!!!!! I still need to grocery shop so I did my best again but it felt SO good to cook, eat at home & not fill my body with garbage! Hoping to hit the store TOMORROW (for real this time, lol). :):):)
1. Vegan chocolate, frozen mango & water
2. Sautéed broccoli, hummus filled pita, PBJ on Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread
3. Nectarine (A ran off with most of it!)
4. Sunflower seeds (my Mom asked me how I get them on a stick because that's how my pictures look, lol)
5. Roasted cauliflower - I munched on this while dinner cooked!!
6. Potatoes/veggies in seasoned coconut milk, 'roast' & more roasted cauliflower
7. Seriously, someone send food! lol (jokes, jokes, we still have enough to last till we get to the store! don't go reporting me)
Week 2 day 6 (?? Why can't I keep track!? I need a wall calendar, lol) of Les Mills Combat = rest day!
Moving did not = rest day. lol I'm ready for bed at 8PM!!
