5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day of changing my life.
Day 21 of the 21 day fix (take 2!)!
(these meals should (!) include 4 red, 4 green, 3 purple, 3 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange & 4 teaspoons)
Owning my bad choices. Home bound tomorrow!
1. Post workout shakeology (at least I'm doing something right! lol) - vegan strawberry, apple, plain yogurt, splash of unsweetened almond milk & ice
2. Breakfast out: eggs, home fries, toast, crepes & a fruit bowl
3, 5 & 8 (no idea what happened to my #'s, lol). Dinner out: salad with ranch, bread with butter, 1 fried ravioli with jalapeño cheese, & fettuccini broccoli alfredo (A & Ev ate most of that!)
4. Brownie at my cousins - leftovers from the party!!
6. 3 marshmallows (dandies, I'm not vegan but I can't do crushed bones!)
7. Theo!
Day 21 = total body cardio fix. Yeah baby!
