Photo journal, after 21 day fix

5 months, 3 weeks, 5 days of changing my life. 

One week, 3 days of trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. Crazy day....... :-O


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, frozen mango & water 

2. Two eggs over spinach with Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast topped with peanut butter & cinnamon 

3. Cottage cheese 

4. Dinner out: cheese fondue with broccoli, apples, bread & a few chips

5. Dinner out: yin & yang = dangerous! So. Freaking. Good. lol

6. Dinner out: salad with ranch

7. Dinner out: vegetarian entree. I couldn't do the fungus. Especially the bag of fungus! Gag. 

8. Dinner out: peanut butter chocolate & turtle chocolate with fruit to dip (maybe some pound cake & blonde pieces, lol)

9. Bell pepper slices 


Day 3 of Les Mills Combat = power 45. Awesome stuff! :)
