Photo journal after 21 day fix

5 months, 3 weeks, 1 day of changing my life. 

My sixth days attempt at trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. I planned today & ROCKED IT!!!! :):):) 


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, strawberries, unsweetened almond milk & ice 

2. Egg & spinach scramble 

3. Bell pepper slices 

4. Waffles with plain yogurt (peanut butter & vanilla extract) & blueberries 

5. Egg salad (made with avocado) pita with cucumber/tomato salad 

6. Frozen peach slices 

7. Broccoli 

8. Sunflower seeds


T25 stretch day -- loved it! My little fellas all joined me today. :)
