Photo journal after 21 day fix

5 months, 2 weeks, 6 days of changing my life. 

My fourth days attempt at trusting myself after 2 rounds of 21 day fix. I might not need to use a checklist to make sure I'm eating the right things (#trustingmyself). My portion sizes are still great though! 


1. Do you SEE those beads??? 

2. Post workout shakeology: vegan tropical strawberry, almond milk, water & ice 

3. Bell pepper slices 

4. Eggs, double veggies on a tortilla -- barely closed with double veggies, lol 

5. My vegan chocolate (new formula was awesome!) arrived today so I HAD to have one! :-O lol Mixed it with banana, frozen cherries, ice, almond milk & water. PBJ on toasted Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread  

6. Robs homemade potato soup (leftovers from last night plus more)


T25 abs interval today & lots of swimming (my legs are feeling those squats in 3-4 foot water carrying little people!). We're loving having a pool in the complex & even discussed installing one at the new house today! #dreambig
