Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Egg sandwich
2. Doritos or death -- for real, we couldn't find ANYWHERE that we could understand each other so Rob hit the party store & bought what he recognized, lol
3. We found somewhere to eat!!!!!! Veggie wrap, eggplant wrap & a broccoli/cheese pastelillos (so good!) with coffee
4. Dinner at home = spaghetti with sautéed broccoli & garlic bread
Not pictured: shakeology with water & fruity beach beverages
Day 3 & we're starting to figure things out! What an adventure. :)
Insanity Max 30 Week 4 Day 3 = rest day! The sunburn has spoken. Tons of walking & swimming though.
