Photo food journal 1 year 1 month 5 days

1 year, 1 month, 1 week, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Two eggs on toast with cheese & leftover mashed potatoes/fried, vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter & kale 

2. Oatmeal with peanut butter & blueberries  

3. Unexpected dinner out. After swim suit shopping, so that helped! Guacamole with chips, salad with ranch (so far from clean!), veggie burger with steamed broccoli 

4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with blueberries 


Day 2 of the 5 day clean eating challenge! Aside from unplanned dinner out, it was a good day! So much for my planning skills. :-O 


Insanity Max 30 Week 3 Day 2 = Tabata Strength! I got it done early today. It felt SO good knowing I didn't have to plan for that later tonight. :)
