Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Green pepper/cheese omelet, potatoes, bagel with cream cheese & melon
2. Beverages after working out
3. Burrito
4. Appetizer: cheese quesadilla
5. Veggie pasta. We had an incident at dinner that caused us to leave so I never got to eat this.
We were delayed again due to the weather. The boys love the pool & ocean here but the hotel is obviously setup for adults only. If we get stuck again, we will NOT stay here again & I work never recommend this place.
I am however trying to live by these words & not let tonight's incident destroy my mind.
Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 2 = since today was going to be a rest day but we ended up not traveling, I decided to hit the fitness room. Treadmill & weights! Followed by renting a pedal boat & swimming with the boys. I'm tired. lol
