Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 1 day

1 year, 2 months, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Popcorn & coffee (rough start, lol)

2. Two veggie burgers with pepper jack cheese, sautéed broccoli, vegan chocolate shakeology, kale, pineapple, coconut oil, ice & water 

3. Grilled cheese (YUM) with a pomegranate lime aid & raspberry stoli drink on ice 


It's good to be home! Menu planning & grocery store this weekend. :) 


Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 5 = Friday fight! Kicked ass.
