Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Mediterranean omelet (spinach, egg, feta) with vegan chocolate shakeology, pineapple, kale & coconut oil. Much healthier variation on my vacation drink of coconut rum & pineapple juice. lol!!
2. Toast & coffee
3. Mac & cheese with peas
4. Pizza
VEGGIES & WATER!!! Still not 100% but holy cow, it's amazing how much you can miss the simple things. We need go grocery shop still, thankful we had enough on hand to make some simple things.
Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 4 = rest day #2. Recovering from yesterday's travel day has done me in.
