Photo food journal 1 year 1 month 3 weeks

1 year, 1 month, 3 weeks!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1 & 2. Breakfast by Rob: potatoes, cheese omelet & toast plus pancakes 

3. Pizza!!!!!

4. Cooooookies. 

Again, beverages not pictured: shakeology with water & beach juice 


 Last minute change of plans today, beach day instead of San Juan. Maybe tomorrow! :) 


Insanity Max 30 Week 4 Day 4 = started doing Tabata Strength but stopped partway in. My shoulders were sore (not just my burned skin but my joints), my shins were sore & we had a family situation pop up. First time I've ever stopped a workout!
